Thinking pisang goreng is too boring?
You may do this together with your child at home.
This is easy to make and need mashing skill only, kids sure will enjoy doing this.
450g Pisang Awak
200g Organic Unbleached Low Protein Flour
Organic brown sugar to taste
1. Let kids mash bananas with fork.
2. Combine mashed bananas with flour, sugar and egg.
3. Heat cooking oil. Put in 1 tbsp of batter and deep fry over low heat till golden brown.
4. Ready to serve.
